Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

In case the customer has paid online while placing an order and there has been a cancellation of the order by the company or by the customer within the permitted time, then the complete order amount will be credited into the customer’s account. The customer can also have the cancelled order amount refunded into the account by writing to artistahandmade4u@gmail.com. A refund shall be initiated and the amount shall be reflecting in the customer’s bank / credit card account in 5-7 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can cancel the order that has been placed before the order gets into the processing status. artistahandmade.com also reserves the right to cancel an order placed by the customer in case the order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons such as unavailability of the stock, address not serviceable etc. In both the cases mentioned above, the complete amount charged shall be credited into the customer’s account. The customer can also have the cancelled order amount refunded into the account by writing to artistahandmade4u@gmail.com. A refund shall be initiated and the amount shall be reflecting in the customer’s bank / credit card account in 7 working days.
